- Proofs that are not approved within 24 hours may delay your ship date.

- With so many of us working from home, can we submit one order for our State Council or Chapter and have you ship to each individual?
- Yes! We can drop ship your order to individual recipients.
- Please download and complete our drop shipping template, and attach it with your order during checkout..
- How long does it take for my order to arrive?
- About 1-2 weeks.
- Orders typically ship in less than 5 business days.
- Shipping adds 1-5 business days depending on the ship method and zip code.

- Who pays for State Council orders?
- SHRM headquarters in Alexandria, VA pays for State Council badge orders.
- During checkout, please select "Bill to SHRM HQ" for the billing method. On the line below that, please enter the name of your State Council.
- Who pays for Chapter Affiliate orders?
- Each Affiliate Chapter pays for their badges.
- A credit card is required at checkout.
Design
- Do you have our design on file?
- Yes, we do! We maintain a library of State Council and Chapter Affiliate badge layouts.
- Your order will be produced using the current design on file for your state or chapter.
- We have a new State Council or Chapter Affiliate logo. Can we add that to our badges?
- Yes, you can! Please upload your artwork during checkout.
- We're a little different and our badges should be too. Can I customize my Chapter Affiliate badges?
- Yes, you can! You can customize your Chapter Affiliate badges however you would like. Please upload your logo during checkout, and let us know that you would like to add or change the logo and any other instructions you think we should have. Our design team will send you back a proof.
